Nabeeha Sultana is an economics and finance graduate with interests in development economics, inclusive growth, and public policy. She has experience in sustainability, ESG, and financial sector research, supporting evidence-based analysis for policy and organizational decisions. Previously, she worked with the Climate Change and Sustainability Services (CCaSS) team at EY Bangladesh, contributing to ESG and Digital Product Passport (DPP) landscape analyses, regulatory research on the EU Green Deal, and assessments of financial institutions’ environmental and social risk frameworks. She has also undertaken economic research and research-based content development on financial sector trends, ESG policies, and broader economic issues, contributing to training materials, policy discussions, and knowledge products. Alongside her professional work, she has been actively engaged in advancing gender inclusion in banking and finance through her work with WE Global Women Foundation, where she has led research on gender parity and supported initiatives to strengthen women’s leadership in the financial sector.
