Rawnak Jahan is a development professional who takes an active interest in research related to trade and development, and social protection. She received an engineering degree on Aeronautical Engineering from Military Institute of Science and Technology (MIST) before finding her true passion for the development sector. She completed a Masters in Development Studies with a focus on Development Economics from the Dhaka University. Prior to starting with RAPID, she worked as a team leader of Media and Communication team at International Youth Alliance for Peace for 2.5 years. Early in her career, she also worked as Uttaran where she was involved in book publication and article writing. Rawnak now dedicates her focus largely on conducting data analysis and content writing. With her research, Rawnak aspires to make an impact on the sustainable development of Bangladesh.
