Nobin Kundu is an Associate Professor of Economics at Cumilla University, Cumilla, Bangladesh. He holds a Masters of Finance in International Finance from the University of Dundee, United Kingdom, and has also achieved Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Economics from the University of Jahangirnagar, Bangladesh. Mr. Kundu’s areas of interest are trade, open-macroeconomics, macroeconomic variables, and climate change issues. He has worked quite extensively in applied economics, especially assessing the impacts of trade modeling, remittance dynamics, macroeconomic policies, and bank modeling using EVIEWS, STATA, R, and DEA analysis. His research interests also include analysis of economic growth, labour market, and contemporary issues. He has twelve years of experience in teaching international trade, open macroeconomics, and macroeconomics at Comilla University and has conducted several research projects.
